The Barefoot Beach House is Located in beautiful Pompano Beach just a short 4 block stroll to the Ocean and newly developed Pompano fishing village Pier and great restaurants. This coastal Villa Beach House is ideally located in the Santa Barbara Estate community steps to the Intracoastal waterway by the Atlantic Blvd Causeway. You can watch the Yachts cruise by from your "Home Away from Home"while enjoying a short or longer well deserved relaxing holiday getaway with family and friends. The beach house is set on a large landscaped corner double lot with mature tropical palm trees and beautifully landscaped gardens with an Ocean breeze for your comfort. The rear garden has a comfortable heated pool and spa with chaise lounges, gas barbecue, and outdoor dining table an umbrellas. Our goal is for our guests to enjoy a 5 Star holiday and a relaxing and memorable beach holiday at an awesome property for a superb value!
Features: Enter a spacious 2,500 sf on one level with great room, living room with fireplace and wood floors for all to gather. In the great room is also a game area for a fun family challenge of billiards. A large table space kitchen includes a casual dining area for 8-10 guests. Kitchen is fully equipped for a gourmet chef down to dishes, glasses, pots, pans, coffee makers, blender, silverware and cooking utensils. The bedroom arrangement provides for a flexible combination of adults and children with a master guest suite with private in suite full bath, a second bedroom with queen size bed also with a private in suite full bath, a third bedroom for the kids with 2 sets of twin bunks and a private in suite full bath as well, and a 4th bedroom/den with a double pullout sofa bed. This arrangement allows comfortably for 8 to 10 family and friends to enjoy the accommodations with amply communal living space and private restful bedrooms to retire. The house is equipped with smart TV's, Internet, cable and WiFi to watch your favorite movies, sports, and entertainment.
